September 19, 2023: Crete, IL 60417 In Tuesday's league battle, the host Crete-Monee Warriors volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Bloom Blazing Trojan.
The Warriors (9-8) will now prepare for their battle against Kankakee (Kankakee, IL). The Kays come into the Southland battle with a 11-7 record. In their last battle, Kankakee achieved victory over Momence (Momence, IL), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Blazing Trojan encounter the Rich Township Raptors (Olympia Fields, IL) in a Southland battle, on Thursday, September 21. Bloom will attempt to advance on its 8-11 season record. The Raptors come into the battle with a 6-10 record after their 2-0 league win over Thornridge (Dolton, IL).
