California High School Volleyball - Hoover overwhelmed by Burroughs
September 19, 2023: Glendale, CA 91202 In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Burroughs Bears volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Hoover Tornados.
The Bears (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Burbank (Burbank, CA). The Bulldogs come into the Pacific battle with a 1-14 record. In their last battle, Burbank lost by Pasadena (Pasadena, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Tornados clash with the Glendale Nitros (Glendale, CA) in a Pacific battle, on Thursday, September 21. Hoover will attempt to advance on its 1-11 season record. The Nitros come into the battle with a 7-6 record after their 3-0 league loss to Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA).
