September 19, 2023: Howard Lake, MN 55349 In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Lakers volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Royalton Royals.
The Lakers (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Glencoe-Silver Lake (Glencoe, MN). The Panthers come into the Wright County battle with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, Glencoe-Silver Lake went down by Watertown-Mayer (Watertown, MN), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Royals encounter the Paynesville Bulldogs (Paynesville, MN) in a Central Minnesota battle, on Thursday, September 21. Royalton will attempt to move on its 11-7 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 11-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Litchfield (Litchfield, MN).
