South Carolina High School Volleyball - York crushed by South Pointe
September 19, 2023: Rock Hill, SC 29730 The South Pointe Stallions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting York Cougars to 0 in the Stallions league victory on Tuesday.
The Stallions now have a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Catawba Ridge for a AAAA Region 3 game on Thursday, September 21. South Pointe will confront a Copperheads team coming off a 3-1 league win over Northwestern (Rock Hill, SC). The Copperheads record now stands at 7-4.
The Cougars (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC). The Warriors enter the AAAA Region 3 game with a 3-10 record. In their last game, Indian Land gained a win over Lancaster (Lancaster, SC), 3-0, in a league game.
