September 19, 2024: Sparks, NV 89436 Bishop Manogue Miners (Reno, NV) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Spanish Springs Cougars (Sparks, NV), 34-7 in a league battle.
With the win, Bishop Manogue improves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Miners host McQueen (Reno, NV) to play the Lancers in a battle on Thursday, September 26. The Lancers go into the battle with a record of 4-1. McQueen won 28-13 in their recent league battle against Reed (Sparks, NV)
The Cougars now have a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Douglas for a battle on Thursday, September 26. Spanish Springs will play a Tigers team coming off a 52-0 non-league win over Reno (Reno, NV). The Tigers record now stands at 5-0.
