The Starmount Rams felled the visiting Alleghany Trojans football team by a score of 14-0 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Rams face the Mount Airy Granite Bears (Mount Airy, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 26. Starmount will attempt to improve on its 5-0 season record. The Granite Bears go into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 62-0 non-league win over Ashe County (West Jefferson, NC).

The Trojans (3-1) will now prepare for their challenge against South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC). The Sauras go into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record.
