California High School Football - Burbank can't hold off Muir
September 19, 2024: Pasadena, CA 91103 Muir Mustangs (Pasadena, CA) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team tip the visiting Burbank Bulldogs (Burbank, CA), 14-10 in a league battle.
With the win, Muir advances its record to 3-1 on the season. The Mustangs host Crescenta Valley (La Crescenta, CA) to play the Falcons in a battle on Thursday, September 26. The Falcons go into the battle with a record of 4-0. Crescenta Valley won 25-0 in their recent league battle against Hoover (Glendale, CA)
The Bulldogs now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Salesian for a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 2. Burbank will play a Mustangs team coming off a 42-19 non-league loss to Inglewood (Inglewood, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-3.
