September 19, 2024: Baltimore, MD 21229 Mergenthaler Vo-Tech Mustangs (Baltimore, MD) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Edmondson-Westside Red Storm (Baltimore, MD), 20-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Mergenthaler Vo-Tech advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Forest Park (Baltimore, MD) to play the Foresters in a non-league battle on Friday, October 11. The Foresters go into the battle with a record of 3-0. Forest Park won 48-0 in their recent non-league battle against Lake Clifton (Baltimore, MD)
The Red Storm now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Patterson for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 25. Edmondson-Westside will play a Clippers team coming off a 52-0 non-league loss to City College (Baltimore, MD). The Clippers record now stands at 0-2.
