September 19, 2024: Norwood, NC 28128 Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team triumph over the host South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls (Norwood, NC), 44-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Wheatmore advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The Warriors host Randleman (Randleman, NC) to play the Tigers in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 3. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 3-1. Randleman lost 30-28 in their recent non-league battle against Asheboro (Asheboro, NC)
The Rowdy Rebel Bulls now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Pleasant for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 3. South Stanly will play a Tigers team coming off a 16-3 non-league win over West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 4-1.
