September 19, 2024: Bardstown, KY 40004 Woodford County Yellowjackets (Versailles, KY) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the host Bardstown Tigers (Bardstown, KY), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Woodford County moves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Henry Clay (Lexington, KY) to clash with the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 2-4.
The Tigers now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Nelson County for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. Bardstown will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Bethlehem (Bardstown, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 1-5.
