September 19, 2024: Middleburg, FL 32068 Middleburg Broncos (Middleburg, FL) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Oakleaf Knights (Orange Park, FL), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Middleburg advances its record to 5-2 on the season. The Broncos host Bishop Kenny (Jacksonville, FL) to face the Crusaders in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 1. The Crusaders go into the test with a record of 5-1.
The Knights now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Orange Park for a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. Oakleaf will face a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Fleming Island (Orange Park, FL). The Raiders record now stands at 2-7.
