September 19, 2024: West Bloomfield, MI 48323 West Bloomfield Lakers (West Bloomfield, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Berkley Bears (Berkley, MI), 4-2 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, West Bloomfield advances its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Lakers travel to Seaholm/Groves (Birmingham, MI) to clash with the Maples in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. The Maples come into the test with a record of 5-3. Seaholm/Groves won 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Fenton (Fenton, MI)
The Bears now have a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Skyline for a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. Berkley will clash with a Eagles team coming off a 1-1 league Huron (Ann Arbor, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 6-1.
