Maryland High School Soccer - Salisbury toppled by Delmar
September 19, 2024: Salisbury, MD 21804 Delmar Wildcats (Delmar, DE) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Salisbury Dragons (Salisbury, MD), 7-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Delmar moves its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE) to clash with the Golden Knights in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. The Golden Knights come into the test with a record of 2-3. Sussex Central won 8-0 in their recent league test against Sussex Tech (Georgetown, DE)
The Dragons now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Worcester Prep for a Eastern Shore Independent Athletic test on Friday, September 20. Salisbury will clash with a Mallards team coming off a 3-2 league win over Delmarva Christian (Georgetown, DE). The Mallards record now stands at 2-2.
