September 19, 2024: Ferndale, MI 48220 Seaholm/Groves Maples (Birmingham, MI) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Ferndale Eagles (Ferndale, MI), 5-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Seaholm/Groves advances its record to 4-3 on the campaign. The Maples host Fenton (Fenton, MI) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 4-7. Fenton lost 8-1 in their recent non-league test against Troy (Troy, MI)
The Eagles now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Center Line for a non-league test on Friday, September 20. Ferndale will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 4-1 league loss to New Haven (New Haven, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 4-5.
