September 19, 2024: Appleton, WI 54914 Fans at Thursday's league battle between the Xavier Hawks (Appleton, WI) and the visiting Menasha Bluejays (Menasha, WI), saw Xavier's soccer squad hold off Menasha by a count of 2-1.
The Hawks (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Kiel (Kiel, WI). The Raiders enter the non-league battle with a 10-0 record. In their last battle, Kiel tipped Freedom (Freedom, WI), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Bluejays battle the Kaukauna Galloping Ghosts (Kaukauna, WI) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 21. Menasha will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Galloping Ghosts enter the battle with a 2-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Neenah (Neenah, WI).
