Georgia High School Softball - East Forsyth gets by Walnut Grove
September 19, 2024: Walnut Grove, GA 30052 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the East Forsyth Broncos (Gainesville, GA) and the host Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA), observed East Forsyth's softball team get by Walnut Grove by a tally of 3-2.
The Broncos (15-4) will now prepare for their bout against North Oconee (Bogart, GA). The Titans go into the 4A Region 8 bout with a 11-8 record. In their last bout, North Oconee tipped Jones County (Gray, GA), 9-2, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Warriors clash with the Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, September 23. Walnut Grove will attempt to advance on its 7-12 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 13-3 record after their 11-3 league win over Callaway (Hogansville, GA).
