September 19, 2024: Bloomfield, NY 14469 Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Bloomfield Bombers (Bloomfield, NY) and the visiting Avon Braves (Avon, NY), observed Bloomfield's volleyball team top Avon by a count of 3-0.
The Bombers (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Newark (Newark, NY). The Reds enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record.
Next, the Braves meet the Notre Dame Academy Gators (Staten Island, NY) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 20. Avon will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Gators enter the contest with a 5-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Elba (Elba, NY).
