September 19, 2024: Cocoa, FL 32926 Cocoa Tigers (Cocoa, FL) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the visiting Florida Prep Falcons (Melbourne, FL), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Cocoa advances its record to 2-10 on the season. The Tigers travel to Space Coast (Cocoa, FL) to face the Vipers in a 3A District 7 test on Monday, September 23. The Vipers go into the test with a record of 4-6. Space Coast lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Rockledge (Rockledge, FL)
The Falcons now sport a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tohopekaliga for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 24. Florida Prep will face a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Osceola (Kissimmee, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 7-9.
