September 19, 2024: Glendale, AZ 85305 Copper Canyon Aztecs (Glendale, AZ) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Yuma Criminals (Yuma, AZ), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Copper Canyon advances its record to 1-7 on the season. The Aztecs travel to Glendale (Glendale, AZ) to face the Cardinals in a 5A - Central Valley test on Monday, September 23. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 0-9. Glendale lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Marcos de Niza (Tempe, AZ)
The Criminals now sport a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dysart for a 4A - Black Canyon test on Wednesday, September 25.
