Mississippi High School Volleyball - East Union over Palmer
September 19, 2024: Blue Springs, MS 38828 The East Union Urchins volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Palmer Dragons to 0 in the Urchins league triumph on Thursday.
The Urchins now have a 20-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ingomar for a Class 2A Region 2 outing on Monday, September 23. East Union will play a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS). The Falcons record now stands at 31-2.
With the loss, Palmer drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Dragons host North Panola (Sardis, MS) to play the Cougars in a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 24. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 11-3. North Panola won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Palmer (Marks, MS)
