September 19, 2024: Huntington, OR 97907 Pilot Rock Rockets (Pilot Rock, OR) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Huntington Locomotives (Huntington, OR), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Pilot Rock advances its record to 2-7 on the season. The Rockets host Imbler (Imbler, OR) to face the Panthers in a 1A Old Oregon test on Saturday, September 21. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 11-5. Imbler won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Adrian (Adrian, OR)
The Locomotives now sport a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harper for a 1A High Desert test on Friday, September 20. Huntington will face a Hornets squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Adrian (Adrian, OR). The Hornets record now stands at 2-3.
