The Moody Blue Devils (Moody, AL) football edged the visiting Helena Huskies (Helena, AL), 31-28 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Auburn Tigers (Auburn, AL) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 26. Moody will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 4-1 record after their 56-0 league win over JAG (Montgomery, AL).
