Virginia High School Football - Briar Woods prevails Herndon

September 19, 2025: Herndon, VA 20170

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Briar Woods Falcons football squad scored a good 20-10 triumph over the Herndon Hornets.

The Falcons (3-1) will now prepare for their match against John Champe (Aldie, VA). The Knights come into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, John Champe prevailed over Stafford (Falmouth, VA), 41-34, in a non-league battle.

The Hornets now have a 0-4 record. They play next when they host South Lakes for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 4. Herndon will play a Seahawks team coming off a 28-13 non-league win over West Potomac (Alexandria, VA). The Seahawks record now stands at 3-1.
