September 19, 2025: Myrtle Point, OR 97458 The Myrtle Point Bobcats walloped the visiting Illinois Valley Cougars football team by a score of 52-14 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bobcats play the Waldport Irish (Waldport, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 26. Myrtle Point will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Irish go into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 33-6 league loss to Harrisburg (Harrisburg, OR).
The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Bandon (Bandon, OR). The Tigers come into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Bandon triumphed over Bonanza (Bonanza, OR), 55-6, in a non-league challenge.
