Idaho High School Football - Star Valley trounces Soda Springs
September 19, 2025: Soda Springs, ID 83276 Star Valley Braves (Afton, WY) followers were content Friday as they observed their football squad smash the host Soda Springs Cardinals (Soda Springs, ID), 42-8 in a non-league match.
The Braves (4-0) will now prepare for their match against Jackson Hole (Jackson, WY). The Broncs come into the 3A West match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Jackson Hole routed Bear Lake (Montpelier, ID), 45-7, in a non-league match.
Coming up next, the Cardinals confront the Malad Dragons (Malad, ID) in a 3A Southeast Idaho match, on Friday, September 26. Soda Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Dragons come into the match with a 2-2 record after their 27-14 non-league win over Firth (Firth, ID).
