Illinois High School Football - Round Lake trounced by Antioch
September 19, 2025: Antioch, IL 60002 Antioch Sequoits (Antioch, IL) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Round Lake Panthers (Round Lake, IL), 36-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Antioch advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Sequoits host Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, September 22. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a record of 0-3. Grant Community lost 12-6 in their recent non-league challenge against North Chicago (North Chicago, IL)
The Panthers (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Wauconda (Wauconda, IL). The Bulldogs come into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Wauconda triumphed over Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL), 21-14, in a non-league test.
