Game Summary

The Iroquois Lady Chiefs won their biggest game of the year to date with a methodical victory over Starpoint by the score of 3-0. The Chiefs scored a goal in each of the first 3 Quarters of play and then completed the shutout by not allowing any shots on goal in the second half of the game. Hayden Herbold was credited with the shutout in Goal, her 7th in 8 games and 6th in a row.
Alex Robillard scored the first and winning goal in the first quarter at the 14 minute mark, assisted by Addy Vergien. Cait Ehlenfield scored the 2nd goal half way through the second quarter assisted by Sam Current. Addy Vergien got her 2nd assist of the game when she set up Syd Kosnik's third quarter goal with a nice crossing pass from the left corner.
Alex Robillard was awarded player of the Game honors for her great defensive and offensive play up the middle all game.
