September 20, 2022: Winston-Salem, NC 27101 Burlington Christian Academy Royals (Burlington, NC) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Salem Baptist Christian Vikings (Winston-Salem, NC), 9-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Royals confront the Trinity Academy Tigers (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 23. Burlington Christian Academy will attempt to better on its 2-7 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 3-0 league win over St. David's (Raleigh, NC).
The Vikings now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill for a NCISAA Triad challenge on Friday, September 23. Salem Baptist Christian will confront a Lion team coming off a 2-0 league loss to O'Neal (Southern Pines, NC). The Lion record now stands at 5-2.
