September 20, 2022: Waynesboro, GA 30830 Burke County Bears (Waynesboro, GA) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Dublin Fighting Irish (Dublin, GA), 3-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Bears battle the Wayne County Yellow Jackets (Jesup, GA) in a 4A Area 3 match, on Thursday, September 22. Burke County will attempt to advance on its 16-8 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the match with a 14-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Bryan County (Pembroke, GA).
