September 20, 2022: Irvine, CA 92604 The Irvine Vaqueros volleyball team (Irvine, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Sage Hill Lightning (Newport Beach, CA)
The Lightning (7-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Costa Mesa (Costa Mesa, CA). The Mustangs enter the non-league challenge with a 8-7 record. In their last challenge, Costa Mesa was dropped by Calvary Chapel (Santa Ana, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.
Next, the Vaqueros meet the Laguna Hills Hawks (Laguna Hills, CA) in a Pacific Coast challenge, on Thursday, September 22. Irvine will attempt to move on its 4-8 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Woodbridge (Irvine, CA).
