North Carolina High School Volleyball - Mount Pleasant tips Hickory Ridge
September 20, 2023: Mt. Pleasant, NC 28124 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Mount Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, NC) and the visiting Hickory Ridge Ragin' Bulls (Harrisburg, NC), saw Mount Pleasant's volleyball squad nip Hickory Ridge by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Mount Pleasant upgrades its record to 10-4 on the year. The Tigers travel to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC) to play the Trojans in a non-league bout on Monday, September 25. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 5-5.
The Ragin' Bulls now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they host A.L. Brown for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 21. Hickory Ridge will play a Wonders squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over North Stanly (New London, NC). The Wonders record now stands at 6-6.
