Massachusetts High School Soccer - Milton Academy nudges Phillips Academy
September 20, 2023: Andover, MA 01810 The Milton Academy Mustangs soccer team scored 2 points and limited the host Phillips Academy Big Blue to 1 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Wednesday.
Next, the Mustangs face the Lawrence Academy Spartans (Groton, MA) in a Independent School contest, on Saturday, September 23. Milton Academy will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Spartans enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Proctor Academy (Andover, NH).
The Big Blue now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Loomis Chaffee School for a NEPSAC Freelance contest on Friday, September 22. Phillips Academy will face a Pelicans team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Brunswick School (Greenwich, CT). The Pelicans record now stands at 2-1.
