September 20, 2023: San Gabriel, CA 91776 The Arroyo Knights volleyball team (El Monte, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Gabrielino Eagles (San Gabriel, CA)
The Eagles (14-3) will now prepare for their bout against Marshall (Pasadena, CA). The Eagles go into the Mission Valley bout with a 9-9 record. In their last bout, Marshall notched a victory over Mountain View (El Monte, CA), 3-1, in a league bout.
The Knights now own a 1-11 record. They play next when they host El Monte for a Mission Valley bout on Friday, September 22. Arroyo will play a Lions squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to South El Monte (South El Monte, CA). The Lions record now stands at 2-12.
