Utah High School Volleyball - Escalante edged by Valley
September 20, 2023: Escalante, UT 84726 The Valley Buffalos held off the host Escalante Moquis volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Wednesday's league test.
The Buffalos now have a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bryce Valley for a 1A Region 20 test on Wednesday, September 27. Valley will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Milford (Milford, UT). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-11.
The Moquis (9-6) will now prepare for their test against Green River (Green River, UT). The Pirates enter the non-league test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Green River held off Whitehorse (Montezuma Creek, UT), 3-0, in a league test.
