In Wednesday's league contest, the Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) volleyball squad were winner over the host Waubonsie Valley Warriors (Aurora, IL), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Mustangs battle the Neuqua Valley Wildcats (Naperville, IL) in a DuPage Valley contest, on Tuesday, September 26. Metea Valley will attempt to better on its 18-5 season record. The Wildcats go into the contest with a 8-12 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Downers Grove North (Downers Grove, IL).

With the loss, Waubonsie Valley moves to 7-8 on the year. The Warriors travel to DeKalb (DeKalb, IL) to battle the Barbs in a DuPage Valley contest on Tuesday, September 26.
