The Summit Academy Bears football squad scored 47 points and limited the visiting American Leadership Academy Eagles to 28 in the Bears league triumph on Friday.
The Bears now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Summit for a 2A - North test on Friday, September 27. Summit Academy will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 45-14 league loss to Layton Christian Academy (Layton, UT). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-5.
With the defeat, American Leadership Academy drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Eagles host Providence Hall (Herriman, UT) to clash with the Patriots in a 2A - North test on Friday, September 27. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 0-6. Providence Hall lost 56-6 in their recent league test against Judge Memorial Catholic (Salt Lake City, UT)
