September 20, 2024: Bethel Park, PA 15102 Bethel Park Black Hawks (Bethel Park, PA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA), 49-7 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Bethel Park improves its record to 5-0 on the season. The Black Hawks host Moon Area (Moon Township, PA) to play the Tigers in a WPIAL AAAAA Allegheny Six battle on Friday, September 27. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 3-2. Moon Area won 42-13 in their recent non-league battle against Seneca Valley (Harmony, PA)
The Hillers now have a 1-4 record. They play next when they host Ringgold for a WPIAL AAAA Big Six battle on Friday, September 27. Trinity will play a Rams team coming off a 32-15 non-league loss to Southmoreland (Alverton, PA). The Rams record now stands at 1-4.
