The Darlington Falcons (Darlington, SC) football were winner over the host Lower Richland Diamond Hornets (Hopkins, SC), 26-12 in Friday's league outing.

The Falcons now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Lakewood for a AAAA Region 5 outing on Friday, September 27. Darlington will clash with a Gators squad coming off a 17-14 league win over Wilson (Florence, SC). The Gators record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Lower Richland drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Diamond hornets travel to Crestwood (Sumter, SC) to clash with the Knights in a AAAA Region 5 outing on Friday, September 27.
