September 20, 2024: Orlando, FL 32808 The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Evans Trojans (Orlando, FL) and the visiting Horizon Hawks (Winter Garden, FL), witnessed Evans's football squad wallop Horizon by a tally of 50-3.
The Trojans (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Howell (Winter Park, FL). The Silverhawks enter the 6A District 4 contest with a 1-3 record. In their last contest, Lake Howell crushed Harmony (Harmony, FL), 40-18, in a non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Hawks confront the Winter Springs Bears (Winter Springs, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 27. Horizon will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Bears enter the contest with a 3-1 record after their 14-7 non-league win over Gateway (Kissimmee, FL).
