New York High School Football - Sweet Home triumphant over Kenmore West
September 20, 2024: Amherst, NY 14228 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Sweet Home Panthers (Amherst, NY) and the visiting Kenmore West Blue Devils (Buffalo, NY), witnessed Sweet Home's football squad wallop Kenmore West by a tally of 64-30.
The Panthers (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Island (Grand Island, NY). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, Grand Island crushed Kenmore East (Tonawanda, NY), 34-7, in a league contest.
Coming up next, the Blue Devils battle the Hamburg Bulldogs (Hamburg, NY) in a Section 6 A - 2 contest, on Saturday, September 28. Kenmore West will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 2-2 record after their 22-14 non-league win over West Seneca East (West Seneca, NY).
