The Wilkes-Barre Wolfpack walloped the visiting West Scranton Invaders football team by a score of 35-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wolfpack play the Hazleton Area Cougars (Hazleton, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 1 challenge, on Friday, September 27. Wilkes-Barre will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Cougars go into the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 34-7 league win over Wyoming Valley West (Plymouth, PA).

The Invaders (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mid Valley (Throop, PA). The Spartans go into the Lackawanna 2 challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Mid Valley was ripped by Lackawanna Trail (Factoryville, PA), 26-14, in a non-league challenge.
