Massachusetts High School Soccer - Proctor Academy nudges Groton School
September 20, 2024: Groton, MA 01450 In Friday's non-league outing, the visiting Proctor Academy Hornets soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Groton School .
The Hornets (2-0) will now prepare for their outing against Brewster Academy National (Wolfeboro, NH). The Bobcats go into the Lakes Region outing with a 0-4 record. In their last outing, Brewster Academy National was edged by Kents Hill School (Kents Hill, ME), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the confront the St. George's Dragons (Middletown, RI) in a Independent School outing, on Saturday, September 21. Groton School will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Dragons go into the outing with a 2-1 record after their 1-1 non-league St. Andrew's (Barrington, RI).
