Missouri High School Softball - Lee's Summit can't get by Glendale
September 20, 2024: Springfield, MO 65804 The Glendale Falcons edged the visiting Lee's Summit Tigers softball squad by a count of 7-6 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Falcons meet the Branson Pirates (Branson, MO) in a Class 4 District 11 challenge, on Saturday, September 21. Glendale will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 5-6 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Cassville (Cassville, MO).
The Tigers (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Joplin (Joplin, MO). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 7-7 record. In their last challenge, Joplin edged Seneca (Seneca, MO), 11-0, in a non-league challenge.
