September 20, 2024: Hurt, VA 24563 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Faith Christian Academy (Hurt, VA) and the visiting Varsity Opponent (, ), observed Faith Christian Academy's volleyball team hold off Varsity Opponent by a tally of 2-1.
The (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy (Moneta, VA). The Ospreys enter the VACA contest with a 4-5 record. In their last contest, Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy was tipped by Jefferson Christian Academy (Ripplemead, VA), 3-1, in a league contest.
