September 20, 2025: Chicago Heights, IL 60411 In Saturday's league match, the host Bloom Blazing Trojan football squad scored a close 21-20 victory over the Thornridge Falcons.
The Blazing Trojan (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL). The Raptors go into the Southland battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Rich Township nipped Thornton (Harvey, IL), 14-0, in a league battle.
The Falcons now own a 0-4 record. They play next when they travel to Thornton for a Southland battle on Friday, September 26. Thornridge will play a Wildcats team coming off a 14-0 league loss to Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-3.
