September 20, 2025: Chicago, IL 60643 The Waldorf Thunder (Chicago, IL) volleyball held off the host Morgan Park Academy Warriors (Chicago, IL), 2-1 in Saturday's league bout.
The Thunder now possess a 6-1 record.
With the loss, Morgan Park Academy drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Beacon Academy (Evanston, IL) to clash with the Trailblazers in a bout on Wednesday, September 24. The Trailblazers come into the bout with a record of 5-2. Beacon Academy won 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Woodlands Academy (Lake Forest, IL)
