Illinois High School Soccer - Marmion nudges Glenbard South
September 20, 2025: Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 The Marmion Cadets (Aurora, IL) soccer nipped the host Glenbard South Raiders (Glen Ellyn, IL), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Cadets now hold a 10-1 record. They play next when they travel to Wheaton Academy for a non-league challenge on Sunday, September 21. Marmion will battle a Warriors squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 9-1.
Next up, the Raiders battle the Ridgewood Rebels (Norridge, IL) in a Upstate Eight - East battle, on Tuesday, September 23. Glenbard South will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Rebels enter the battle with a 2-7 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL).
