September 20, 2025: Skokie, IL 60077 Grayslake North Knights (Grayslake, IL) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Niles North Vikings (Skokie, IL), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Grayslake North advances its record to 5-5 on the campaign. The Knights host North Chicago (North Chicago, IL) to play the Warhawks in a Northern Lake County game on Thursday, September 25. The Warhawks come into the game with a record of 0-7. North Chicago lost 5-1 in their recent league game against Lakes (Lake Villa, IL)
The Vikings (6-6) will now prepare for their game against Maine East (Park Ridge, IL). The Blue Demons come into the Central Suburban - North game with a 4-5 record. In their last game, Maine East edged Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL), 2-1, in a league game.
