Illinois High School Volleyball - Momence tips Agricultural Science
September 20, 2025: Momence, IL 60954 The crowd at Saturday's non-league test between the Momence Momence Athletics (Momence, IL) and the visiting Agricultural Science Cyclones (Chicago, IL), saw Momence's volleyball squad hold off Agricultural Science by a tally of 2-1.
The Momence Athletics (4-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Illinois Lutheran (Crete, IL). The Chargers enter the River Valley challenge with a 2-11 record. In their last test, Illinois Lutheran was edged by Grant Park (Grant Park, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
The Cyclones now own a 5-9 record. They play next when they travel to Jones for a Chicago Public Super challenge on Tuesday, September 23. Agricultural Science will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Lake Park (Roselle, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 8-10.
