Ohio High School Volleyball - Highland overwhelmed by Big Walnut

Big Walnut Golden Eagles (Sunbury, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Highland Fighting Scots (Marengo, OH), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Golden Eagles (13-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Westerville South (Westerville, OH). The Wildcats come into the Ohio Capital - Capital challenge with a 8-7 record. In their last challenge, Westerville South lost by Dublin Scioto (Dublin, OH), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Fighting Scots play the Galion Tigers (Galion, OH) in a Mid-Ohio Athletic challenge, on Tuesday, September 23. Highland will attempt to advance on its 9-6 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 1-14 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Smithville (Smithville, OH).
